The library will be closed on the following holidays in 2023:
- Friday, December 30, 2022: New Year’s Eve observed
- Saturday, December 31, 2022: New Year’s Eve Day
- Monday, January 2, 2023: New Year’s Day observed
- Monday, February 20, 2023: President’s Day
- Friday, April 7, 2023: Good Friday
- Monday, May 29, 2023: Memorial Day
- Saturday, June 3, 2023: Milk Day
- Tuesday, July 4, 2023: Independence Day
- Monday, September 4, 2023: Labor Day
- Thursday & Friday, November 23 & 24, 2023: Thanksgiving Holidays
- Monday, December 25, 2023: Christmas Eve Day observed
- Tuesday, December 26, 2023: Christmas Day observed
- Monday, January 2, 2024: New Year’s Eve observed
- Tuesday, January 3, 2024: New Year’s Day observed
Items that would fall due on an official holiday are automatically shifted to be due on the next day that the library will be open. Fines are not charged for holidays, but books returned in book drops after closing time on the day before the holiday will not be checked in until the next regularly open day and may be subject to charges as a result.
