NASA’s New Eye on the Sky

Scheduled to be launched into space in late 2021, the James Webb Space Telescope will be the largest, most powerful and most complex space telescope ever. This telescope will fundamentally alter our understanding of black holes, the early Universe, the life cycle of stars, exoplanets, and more. Join us to learn more about this groundbreaking mission as we prepare for the next giant leap forward in astronomy and space exploration. Presented by Michelle Nichols, Director of Public Observing at the Adler Planetarium.  This program is part of our NASA@ My Library program schedule. All ages welcome. Free and open the public.
