SEPTEMBER IS LIBRARY CARD SIGN-UP MONTH!

This September, Harvard Diggins Library is participating in the effort of Library Card Sign-Up Month to encourage community members to visit the Library and sign up for or renew their Harvard Diggins Library cards. Being a member of your library gives you access to borrow materials (books, movies, music, video games, board games, magazines, and more) from any public library in Illinois, and you can request items directly from over 130 PrairieCat libraries in 22 Illinois counties and have them delivered for pickup at any location. You’ll also gain access to check out wireless hotspots, browse online databases, download eBooks and audiobooks, stream videos, earn discounts to local museums and attractions, participate in library programs, and so much more. Discounts to Local Businesses with your HDPL Library Card

Harvard Diggins Library is very grateful that several local businesses have offered special special discounts to any Harvard Diggins Library cardholder who presents their valid, unexpired library card at the time of purchase during the month of September 2023.  Here are the offers available to HDPL cardholders this September:
