Homebound Delivery

Harvard Diggins Library staff provides delivery service on a regular schedule to homebound patrons living within the city limits of Harvard, Illinois.  This service is not available, at this time, to non-resident patrons.  A homebound patron is defined as one who cannot come to the library on one’s own due to a chronic or permanent health condition that affects the patron’s mobility. A patron requesting homebound service must fill out a homebound delivery application and meet with the delivery staff member in person or over the phone to discuss the patron’s needs.  Print copies of the Homebound Delivery Application form may be mailed to you by request, [download a PDF version here].  Please note: At this time all homebound delivery services have been suspended due the COVID-19 pandemic.”
