Family Rocket Launch

Blast off with this activity that is perfect for the whole family.  Register in advance for a model rocket kit to build at home.  One kit per family.  Limited quantities available.  Pick up your kit at the library beginning June 6.  Need help building your rocket?  Attend our model rocket building workshop on Wednesday, June 22 at 6:30PM.  Bring your completed rocket to a rocket launch event on Saturday, June 25 at 10AM in Milky Way Park.  Rocket engines will be provided.  Each rocket will launch 2 times.  Email ilovestories@harvard-diggins.org to register.  Call 815-943-4671 for more information.
